I am an editor and documentary filmmaker based in New York City. My media work focuses on social issues and personal stories.

I’ve always used photos and video  to express myself, starting in my childhood in Massachusetts. Later, as a grad student in International Affairs, I studied documentary filmmaking and realized that I felt at home producing and editing. I took some detours as a media educator and a researcher for TV shows—while making media part-time—before focusing on filmmaking and editing full-time.

In 2017 I was part of the BRIC Arts Media Documentary Intensive where I produced Books are my Weapon (about the intersection of homelessness and public libraries) which screened at multiple festivals. I have since worked with independent filmmakers and media companies to edit short videos and a feature film. Most recently I have edited videos for VICE Media’s food channel, Munchies.
